Skip Barber National at Lime Rock Park – Karam on pole for Round 13

Karam stormed to pole by an impressive .269 sec.

Lakeville, Conn. (Oct. 8) – Following up on his first career Skip Barber National win at Road Atlanta, Sage Karam picked up his first pole position for Friday’s Race 1 at Lime Rock Park. The Nazareth, Penn. driver clocked in with a 56.073 sec. / 98.229 mph lap early in the session that held up for pole. Outside the front row will be the other winner from Road Atlanta, Sean Rayhall, who missed out on the top spot by .269. The two men standing for the championship occupy Row 2, with Court Vernon edging out Connor De Phillippi by .008. Isaac Lyons rounds out the top five.

Race 2 qualifying is Friday morning with Race 1 scheduled to start in the afternoon. Race 2 will run Saturday morning. Check skipbarber.com for results and race wrap-up soon after.
