Skip Barber continues tradition of training champions; Thirty-nine percent of Indianapolis 500 starting grid are Skip Barber trained.
Braselton, Ga. – May 24, 2014 – The 98th running of the Indianapolis 500, scheduled for Sunday at noon on ABC, is quickly approaching. Skip Barber Racing School would like to congratulate all the drivers partaking in this iconic race. Thirty-nine percent of this weekend’s starting grid are Skip Barber trained racers and continues Skip Barber’s tradition of training champions. Skip Barber takes pride in being the gateway for aspiring drivers pursuing their dreams of racing. In it’s position as the “Gateway to Motorsports,” Skip Barber creates unique programs like the Karts to Cars Scholarship Shootout, Skip Barber Race Series and IndyCar Academy to jump start the best of the best into their careers.
